ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
We require Advance Reservations for boarding your pets. Advance notice offers sufficient time and opportunity to
discuss any medical problems or other concerns
that you may have regarding the care of your pet. This
also gives us the time to discuss with your
veterinarian any special needs or attention that
your pet may require.
Holidays and summer months are
extremely busy times. We advise you to make your
pet's reservation when you make your vacation plans
because we are usually filled a month or so in
advance for holidays and summer months.
HOLIDAY BOARDING - DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
A $50.00 deposit per suite is
required for holiday boarding reservations. You can
make this deposit with Visa, MasterCard, check, or
cash. This deposit is refundable with a 72-hour
cancellation notice.
The more information that you can give
us when submitting your Pet's Boarding Reservation Form (like booking appointments for grooming services during their stay), the more time you will save when you check in your pet. It is
especially important to schedule your pet's bath or grooming
appointments at the time you book your boarding
reservation. This will enable us to have your pet
ready for you at your scheduled pickup time.
